Inspector Amarchand, a dutiful and honest officer is celebrating the birthday of his two sons, Ram and Kishan.

Kalooram, an underworld king pin, who has a grudge against Inspector Amarchand shots dead Amarchand and his wife and sets on fire the entire house. Kishan is saved by Inspector Kapoor, a friend of Amarchand but Ram gets stuck in the himself gradually transformed from a criminal to a loving god head and he loses his memory.

The grown up Kishan is now an Inspector, while Ram has turned into a top trade thief and an outlaw.

Inspector Kishan finds the mark of cobra gang in a purse brought by a pretty pickpocket Seema who is in this dirty business because of her sick mother. Kishan knows her helplessness. They come closer.

In the meanwhile Mohan a friend and colleague of Shankar dies during one of their missions. Shankar promises the dying friend, Mohan that he will take care of his blind sister Maya. Shankar brings Maya from the village and keeps her in his house.

By now Kalooram and Shankar have also become enemies. Kalooram's men kidnap Maya and kill her. Shankar and Kishan both are now after Kalooram without knowing that both of them are lost brothers.

Could they recognise each other?
Could they take revenge from the killer of their parents?
